Automatic Body – Nutrie Health’s Weight Loss Fitness Program?

Automatic Body Review – Worth It?

Automatic Body is a weight loss program created by Aaron Parkinson and celebrity fitness trainer Kim Lyons. Here’s our review of Automatic Body.

What is Automatic Body?

Automatic Body is a weight loss and weight management program that promises to help anybody lose weight and keep it off “with one small change each week.”

The program comes in the form of an app. You download the app and receive multiple daily reminders telling you to stick with your healthy diet and exercise routine.

Do you want to get in the best shape of your life? Automatic Body wants to help. The company recently began to offer a free trial offer that lets anyone try Automatic Body for free.

Automatic Body was created by Aaron Parkinson, who has recently collaborated with celebrity fitness trainers like Kim Lyons to build the brand even further. Lyons is best-known from The Biggest Loser and from Dr. Phil’s Weight Loss Challenge.

Key features of the program include an online community, sample workouts, and recipe guides that are all accessible from the palm of your hand through any mobile device.

How Does Automatic Body Work?

With Automatic Body, you download the app and then get reminders throughout the day. Each reminder is one small change you should make to stay on track. The company asks you to make one small change each week, and then sends you daily reminders to stick with that change.

You stay accountable to the app by pressing either the Accept or Decline button. Then, the Automatic Body app calculates your consistency score and uses that to help you improve.

An average day on the Automatic Body app might look like this:

  • 6:30am: Early protein
  • 6:45am: Hydration
  • 7:45am: Hydration
  • 8:15am: Boost your metabolism
  • 8:45am: Hydration
  • 9:45am: Hydration
  • 10:45am: Hydration

You can approve or decline each of these tasks depending on where you are or how you’re feeling. You’ll also receive alerts to take some of the Automatic Body nutritional supplements, which we’ll talk about below. For example, you might get an alert telling you to take your Skinne at 7:30am.

As you complete more and more tasks, you’ll unlock achievement badges. You’ll also unlock achievement badges based on your consistency score (how many times you press approve or decline).

Automatic Body does not advocate a starvation diet, saying that they “don’t work”. In fact, the app actually encourages you to have one cheat day every week so you can live your life.

Meanwhile, the workout part of Automatic Body consists of 24 video modules you’ll progress through to get in better shape. There’s also a weight loss journal to help you keep track of your progress over the weeks.

Automatic Body Supplements

The Automatic Body weight loss program is just one part of the Automatic Body brand. The company also offers a lineup of nutritional supplements to help you maximize your health and fitness goals. Supplements include all of the following:

— Skinne: Mixes caffeine, garcinia cambogia, raspberry ketones, CLA oil, guarana seed extract, and Rhodiola rosea extract together into a fat burning formula you can take daily in the form of a 2 oz energy shot. It’s priced at $84.95 for a 24 pack (one case). Skinne is flavored using stevia and natural flavors.

— Energe: Energe is a lineup of supplements that include Rhodiola rosea extract, panax ginseng extract, taurine/d-ribose, ashwagandha, and schizandra extract. Like Skinne, it’s priced at $84.95 for 1 case.

— Fuel: This is a canned protein supplement that contains 30 grams of protein in each serving along with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. The gluten-free formula contains just 2 grams of sugar. It’s priced at $99 for a case of 24 cans.

— First Week Pack: You can get a 1 week supply of all of the above supplements at a price of $50 each.

— Skinne Sample Pack ($10): Includes 3 servings of the Skinne fat burning supplement in a sample pack.

Who Makes Automatic Body?

Automatic Body was created by a company named Nutrie, LLC. Nutrie directly sells the Automatic Body energy drinks we mentioned above (Skinne, Energe, and Fuel). The company is based in Scottsdale, Arizona at the following address:

16000 North 80th
Scottsdale, AZ 85255

You can call the company at 1-602-354-9416 or email them at media@nutrie.com.

The company operates with a multilevel marketing compensation structure. If you refer three other people to Automatic Body, you’ll get started with the “Three for Free” program, which gives you a convenience pack of Automatic Body products for free when people you refer buy their own convenience pack.

That’s why you’ll find some people who describe Nutrie as a scam and others who will speak about its benefits for hours: some people are making a lot of money off of promoting Automatic Body, while others are not.

Should You Use Automatic Body to Lose Weight?

Automatic Body is a weight loss app primarily designed to push you into using Automatic Body supplements – including its fat burner, protein powder, and energy boosting supplement. After signing up for the app, you’ll receive daily reminders to hydrate, take protein, and take some of the Automatic Body supplements.

The supplements themselves are expensive compared to other bodybuilding supplements we’ve reviewed, priced at between $85 and $100 for a package of 24 pre-packaged supplements. You can’t buy any bulk formula or mix the products yourself. Typically, products purchased from multilevel marketing companies are significantly higher than the competition because you’re not just paying for the product: you’re paying the commission for the salesperson and all the salespeople above that person.

If you need daily reminders to stick to your diet plan and you enjoy Automatic Body supplements, then the Automatic Body weight loss program may be the right choice for you. Many people, however, will find the supplements are out of their price range and offer limited benefits over other supplements in the industry.
