XtraSize Review – Are You Truly Ready To Be A Bigger Man?

If you are in the market to add 3 inches to your penis, keep reading. Is XtraSize another penis enlargement scam? Or is Xtra Size legit? Find out today in our review.

What is XtraSize?

Xtra Size is a natural male enhancement nutritional supplement that claims to use premium ingredients to significantly enhance the size of your penis. In fact, XtraSize claims to add an enormous 3 inches to your member.

The makers of the formula also claim the formula is recommended by doctors. They cite one doctor, Dr. Aaron Gale, who states that the research behind Xtra Size is “simply undeniable.”

Dr. Aaron Gale doesn’t actually exist, and the endorsement is totally made up. But does that mean the rest of the supplement is a scam? Let’s take a closer look at how Xtra Size claims to work.

How Does XtraSize Work?

Typically, penis enlargement pills simply work by making it easier to get an erection. They widen your blood vessels or use ingredients that boost your libido (or both). When your libido is higher, it’s easier for blood to flow into your penis. Your penis gets naturally larger because you have an erection, but that erection is bigger than normal because your blood vessels are wider.

Xtra Size claims to work in a similar way. It targets expandable erectile tissue along the inner length of your penis. This is the tissue that fills with blood when you get an erection. Here’s how the manufacturer explains it:

“When you become erect, the corpora cavernosa are flooded by your body to the absolute maximum. For that reason, it’s the size and health of your corpora cavernosa which controls the size of your erect penis more than anything else.”

With that in mind, Xtra Size claims to work by improving blood flow into your penis while also enhancing the absorbency and health of your penis tissue.

In order to do that, XtraSize claims to use “a combination of natural ingredients”. Those ingredients have been used for years and proven to be effective.

Oddly enough, the manufacturer repeatedly references the fact that Xtra Size’s formula was made in the United States. They say things like it was made by “a team of American scientists” and that it’s a “unique American formula”.

What does it mean when you call something an “American formula”? I don’t know. But let’s take a closer look at the ingredients.

Xtra Size Ingredients

XtraSize claims that its ingredients are “all natural ingredients of the highest quality.” Those ingredients include:

  • Tribulus Terrestris
  • Maca Root
  • Saw Palmetto
  • L-Arginine HCl
  • Pumpkin Seed
  • Panax Ginseng
  • Sarsaparilla
  • Stinging Nettle
  • Licorice Root

None of these ingredients has ever been shown to permanently increase the length of your penis 3 inches. However, ingredients like saw palmetto, maca root, and tribulus are all commonly used in natural testosterone boosters, where they may be able to provide a mild boost to your libido (although they don’t appear to actually raise testosterone).

The only other ingredient in Xtra Size backed by significant science in L-Arginine, which is an amino acid traditionally used to raise nitric oxide in your bloodstream and widen your blood vessels.

Many people take L-Arginine specifically to boost sexual function. When used for this purpose, you take a dose of 3g to 6g per day.

The other ingredients in Xtra Size don’t come with a significant amount of evidence that they can improve sexual function or increase the length of your penis.

Tehre’s another big problem with Xtra Size: the manufacturer, like many sleazy manufacturers online, refuses to disclose its dosage information. We know the ingredients in the formula listed above work at specific dosages, but we don’t actually know the dosages in Xtra Size.

It’s a huge red flag when a manufacturer refuses to give up this information. In virtually every instance, they refuse to give out dosage information because their dosages are a joke. We have to assume that Xtra Size is hiding its dosage information because the dosages are too weak.

Xtra Size Pricing

If you weren’t already seeing red flags from Xtra Size, then the scammy pricing policy should be the last warning you need. The formula comes with an unprecedented $25 shipping fee. Here’s how pricing breaks down:

-1 Package (2 Month Supply): $104 ($79 + $25 Shipping)

-2 Packages: $154 ($129 + $25 Shipping)

-3 Packages: $184 ($159 + $25 Shipping)

Making things worse is that you have to agree to share your payment information with some mysterious payment processing company based in Cyprus. You also have to sign the following agreement, otherwise you can’t order Xtra Size:

“I also agree that my personal data is processed by other entities…”

The supplement also comes with a bad refund program: you can return it within 90 days, but you’ll only receive a refund on unopened product. You will never get your shipping fee back.

That $25 shipping fee may be the highest we’ve ever seen for a nutritional supplement.

Should You Take Xtra Size to Make your Penis Larger?

Most guys want a bigger penis. Ever since the internet was invented, penis enlargement pills have been an enormous industry.

Xtra Size is just a nutritional supplement with some ingredients that enhance blood flow – similar to what happens when you take an amino acid supplement. Your blood vessels are wider, so it’s easier to get an erection.

Amino acid supplements and herbal erection formulas are cheap and plentiful online. You can buy them for between $10 and $20 from Amazon – which is less than the ludicrous $25 shipping fee on Xtra Size alone.

The main problem we have with Xtra Size is that the company uses some very sleazy marketing tactics. For example, it often refers to the pills as a “treatment”. Under FDA law, it’s illegal to refer to a nutritional supplement as a medical treatment for any type of condition.

The other problem is that the makers of the supplement make firm promises like “length will be increased by 3 inches.” There’s no evidence that you can permanently increase the size of your penis by taking any type of nutritional supplement.

Another problem is the fact that Xtra Size frequently mentions that it’s recommended by medical doctors as a “proven” way to increase your penis size. However, they don’t list the names of any real doctors. They just use a stock photo of a doctor and a fictional name.

There’s also the ridiculous $25 “delivery fee” and the fact that your payment data is processed by some mysterious company in Cyprus along with “other entities”.

All of these things are red flags. There are lots of good erectile dysfunction treatments available today – almost all of which are available at a significantly lower price than Xtra Size. Xtra Size seems like more of a scam than a legitimate treatment for erectile dysfunction.
