Kylea Health Total Living Drink Greens
Kylea Total Living Drink Greens is a nutritional supplement that combines a large blend of superfoods into one easy-to-drink formula. Here’s our review.
What is Kylea Total Living Drink Greens?
Total Living Drink Greens, or TLDG, is a superfood blend made by a company named Kylea. The powdered blend can be added to water or juice to create a healthy daily serving of greens.
The powder itself combines 9 different superfoods into one product. Each serving is rich with protein and contains the equivalent of 7 to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables. It also contains spirulina, which may be the best known green superfood available today.
Is Total Living Drink Greens your next favorite superfood blend? Let’s take a closer look today at its ingredients list.
How Does Total Living Drink Greens Work?
Total Living Drink Greens contains a blend of 9 different ingredient categories to provide maximum health benefits. Those categories include:
-Protein: To build lean muscle (12 grams of protein in every serving)
-Fruits, Vegetables, Grasses & Algae: Contain “life-giving phytonutrients” and nutrient-dense calories
–Digestive Enzymes: Provide better digestion and caloric utilization
–Probiotics: Support healthy bowels
–Amino Acids: Support better overall health and energy
–Antioxidants: For enhanced immune system functionality
-Herbs: Support intestinal, blood, and internal organ cleansing
-Vitamins: The building blocks of nutrition
-Minerals: Sustain life and improve bodily functions
Each scoop of Total Living Drink Greens contains 12 grams of protein, 40 calories, and the equivalent of 7 to 10 servings of raw vegetables.
Total Living Drink Greens Ingredients
Kylea publishes the supplement’s full ingredients list online. Here are all of the ingredients contained within the supplement:
Some of the key ingredients from the formula include spirulina, alfalfa, fenugreek, barley, carrot, broccoli, lecithin, chlorella, brown rice, wheat grass, apple juice, bitter melon, pineapple, and dulse. Each serving contains just over 13 grams of all of these fruits and vegetables, which is a little bit higher than we typically see in a green formula.
There is one interesting footnote about these ingredients: Kylea doesn’t actually take the raw fruits and vegetables. Instead, TLDG contains juice extracts, which are made from powdered juices of the produce. Some people claim this is better, because the juice of the fruits and vegetables is rich with nutrients (that’s why “juicing” is so popular these days).
What Does It Taste Like?
If you’re new to green drinks and green juices, then drinking Total Living Drink Greens will be a pretty horrible experience at first.
If, however, you’re used to tasting green juices, then TLDG tastes pretty similar to other superfood blends on the market. It has a pungent taste of raw, fresh produce. Remember: you’re drinking the combined juices of things like spirulina and chlorella (both of which are algae) along with grasses, fruits, and vegetables. It’s not supposed to taste that good.
If you want to weaken the flavor, you can add it to a stronger juice like orange juice, pineapple juice, or cranberry juice.
It’s also important to note that the original TLDG recipe had a notoriously bad taste. In November 2015, the company changed its formula to dramatically improve the taste.
Total Living Drink Greens Pricing
Total Living Drink Greens is priced at $99 for a 2.65 pound (1200g) package containing approximately 30 servings.
You can find 10% discount codes online. Or, you can save 15% by signing up for the Kylea autoship program, which delivers one package of Total Living Drink Greens to your address every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days.
That $99 price tag is a bit higher than other green superfood blends we’ve seen on the market. However, it’s important to remember that TLDG also contains significantly more formula than most other supplements we’ve seen. Some people will only take half a scoop (20 grams) daily, which means that each $99 container lasts for 2 months.

This drink sounds amazing! I’ve seen this on http://www.superfoodgreendrinks.com/. Is the supplement effective on diabetes patients too?
