Retinolla – Retinol Skincare Moisturizing Eye Cream

Retinolla Review

Retinolla is a new anti-aging beauty cream that promises to help women “cheat their age”. Here’s our Retinolla review.

What is Retinolla?

Retinolla is a two part beauty cream that consists of a moisturizing facial cream and an eye renewal cream. By applying the two creams daily as instructed, Retinolla promises to help you restore collagen and elastin levels, eliminate wrinkles and fine lines, and protect the skin from free radical damage.

The cream is priced at a whopping $179 and comes with a mandatory subscription to receive future Retinolla products at a price of $179 per month (even if you sign up for the cream through the free trial).

What’s so special about Retinolla that it’s one of the priciest beauty products we’ve ever seen? Let’s dive deeper into how this skin cream looks.

How Does Retinolla Work?

Retinolla promises to use its two part system to achieve the following benefits:

Restore Collagen And Elastin Levels
Eliminate Wrinkles And Fine Lines
— Protect From Free Radical Damage

The creams promise to penetrate deep into your skin to deliver skin firming peptides and phytonutrients. By hydrating and nourishing the skin twice daily, you can make your face look years younger.

The two creams work in pretty much the same way but have slightly different benefits:

— Moisturizing Cream: Helps with collagen build up to improve the skin’s ability to trap and retain moisture for enhanced hydration.

— Eye Renewal Cream: Nourishes your under-eye area to reduce and prevent dark circles and wrinkles. Evens out skin tone and texture.

The promotional page for Retinolla doesn’t provide any additional information about how the creams work or what their ingredients are. There’s also no further information on the product packaging.

Retinolla Pricing

Retinolla has a controversial pricing policy that has left many customers fuming.

That pricing policy subscribes you to a free trial, only to charge you $6 for that “free” trial and an additional $179 every month for the rest of your life until you cancel.

Here’s how it works:

— You pay $5.95 for your free trial today. You’ll be asked to enter a valid Visa or MasterCard to pay that fee.

— The moment your credit card info is approved, your credit card will be pre-authorized for a charge of $179.95. This covers the products you’ve already received. You will receive your products within about 2 weeks.

— 14 days after you ordered your free trial (in 14 days you probably will not have even received those products), you will be charged the full price of $179.95, which covers all of the trial products you already received.

— Then, every 30 days thereafter, you will be charged according to the terms of the “AutoRefill Program”, which charges you $129.87 for a new 30 day supply of the two Retinolla products.

— You will continue to be charged every 30 days until you cancel.

Ultimately, customers have complained that this scam-like pricing policy has left them with hundreds of dollars of credit card debt.

In any case, Retinolla’s “free trial” is anything but a free trial. Make sure you read the terms and conditions carefully, as none of this information is disclosed upfront. It’s all in the fine print.

Orders are shipped from Israel, so it may take anywhere from 10 to 14 days to receive your order.

One of the most mind-blowing things about Retinolla is that the company actually charges you an account management fee for your free account with their website: your account is charged $1.17 every 30 days for no particular reason.

The company is also a big fan of other fees: you’ll be charged a $1.95 restocking fee if you want to return your product for a refund, for example.

If you want to cancel your autoship program with Retinolla, then the company has an “EZ Cancel” form here: http://ift.tt/1oouLzC

You can contact the company at support@retinolla.com or by phone at 16-479-339312

Ultimately, Retinolla is a company that is infamous for its autoship programs and free trials. You sign up for a free trial today for $5.95, only to be charged hundreds of dollars on your credit card in the near future.

Making things look worse for Retinolla is that the skin cream may not even work as advertised: the manufacturer does not list any clinical trials or even any ingredients for the product. There’s no reason to believe that it works as advertised.

Whether you buy Retinolla’s beauty cream through its promotional offer or through the official Retinolla website, the products give us little evidence that they’re worth the high price tag.
