Zhou decided to make the bread by extracting the anthocyanins from black rice, and add it to the bread recipe. This decision is still considered a novelty, since many people do not know the benefits of anthocyanins, and they do not know how to correctly infuse foods with the ingredient.

The person behind this recipe is Professor Zhou Weibiao, who studies food science in Singapore. He has studied the effects of purple bread extensively, and is still trying to find the right way to bring it into the American market. Right now, there is no contact information listed to try to contact Zhou about his production of the purple bread.

Where to Get Purple Bread

Right now, purple bread is a very recent and new concoction. For that reason, the creator of the product has not yet settled on a way to sell it to the general public.

At this time, multiple food manufacturers have expressed interest in selling the bread to consumers. However, no contracts have been placed yet that allow the bread to be sold on a commercial level.

The only issue with this product is that it is not yet available to the public for purchase. Regardless of how beneficial it may be the human body, all the perks of this product are useless, unless consumers are able to purchase it.
