Daily Burn – Online Streaming Fitness Training

Daily Burn Review

Daily Burn is an online fitness training site that promises to help you achieve your fitness goals through daily videos and nutritional training. Here’s our review.

What is Daily Burn?

Daily Burn, found at DailyBurn.com, is a series of fitness training videos that can be accessed at any time from any device.

You subscribe to the program, then enjoy fitness workouts streaming wherever you go.

These workouts claim to be led by “elite trainers”, including Bob Harper. Bob Harper’s Black Fire program is available through Daily Burn and promises to push your body to its peak in just 60 days.

Daily Burn is currently offering a free trial that gives you full access to the program in 30 days. After that, the program is priced at $12.95 per month.

Types of Workouts

Daily Burn offers a wide variety of workouts, including everything from dance aerobics to kettlebell workouts.

In total, there are over 100 different workout videos available across all programs – including workout videos at different levels and intensities within each program.

There are core training exercises, upper body exercises, yoga exercises, and more all catered to both men and women.

In the words of Daily Burn, the “vast array of workouts means you’ll never get bored and will always have a new workout to try.”

Supported Devices

Daily Burn workouts are currently supported on all of the following devices:

— iPad
— Roku
— Computer (PC/Mac)
— iPod
— Samsung Smart TV
— Xbox 360
— Android
— iPhone
— Apple TV
— Chromecast
— PS3

All you need is an internet connection to watch these workouts.

Daily Burn Trainers

Daily Burn’s network of trainers include celebrity fitness trainer Bob Harper and 7 other trainers of varying degrees of celebrity.

Bob Harper has over 20 years of fitness experience and is a three-time #1 New York Times best-selling author. His Daily Burn profile claims he “is one of the most successful lifestyle experts in the world.”

Other trainers include Anja Garcia, Ben Booker, Andrea Speir, Cody Storey, Keaira LaShae, Eitan Kramer, and Nicola Harrington.

Different trainers specialize in different fitness routines. Nicola, for example, is a fitness model and trainer who specializes in core and ab workouts. Ben is a bodybuilder who “will push you to the absolute limit as you work to strengthen every part of your body.”

Daily Burn Pricing

Daily Burn is priced at $12.95 per month.

The company is currently offering a free trial where you can try the program free for 30 days.

That 30 day trial is a little different than an ordinary trial. You complete the signup process and enter your credit card information. Then, you get the first 30 days of your subscription free.

If you cancel within the first 30 days, then your credit card is never charged. If you forget to cancel, or want to continue with the program, then the first $12.95 charge will appear on your credit card 30 days after starting the trial.

During signup, you’ll be asked if you want to add personalized individual coaching to your plan for $15 per month. You can easily decline that if you’re not interested.

In addition to the Daily Burn subscription, you may be required to purchase exercise equipment for certain workouts (although all workouts can still be completed easily at home). You’re also recommended to buy different supplements, which can increase the cost even further (although obviously, you’re not obligated to buy these supplements).

How Does Daily Burn Work?

Before you gain access to Daily Burn’s library of workout videos, the site will ask you to provide a little more information about yourself.

That information includes your target weight, your gender, your age, and email address. You’ll also need to describe your previous level of workout experience, the type of body you’re looking to achieve, and how much time you’re willing to spend working out each week.

Finally, based on all of these answers, Daily Burn will suggest a handful of training programs it suggests you follow. You can watch a preview of each video training program to help you decide whether or not it’s the right choice for you.

With over 100 training videos from which to choose, it can be difficult to make a selection. That’s why Daily Burn tries to narrow down your options even further by separating workout videos by all of the following:

— Your Goals (Strength, Weight Loss, Staying in Shape, etc.)
— Difficulty (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced)
— Duration (2 Weeks to 3 Months)
— Workout Length (15 to 30 Minutes per Video)

After you sign up, you’ll be able to access these fitness videos from anywhere. On a fast internet connection, the videos are delivered in HD and are crisp, clear, and smooth.

However, some users may experience problems when they start to connect to the service on slow Wi-Fi – like the Wi-Fi found at most gyms.

If your gym is like many gyms, then it might not have Wi-Fi at all, in which case Daily Burn will chew through your data plan if you’re frequently accessing workouts while on-the-go.

Ultimately, this makes Daily Burn a good training video series if you’re exclusively working out at home, but if you plan on taking it anywhere else, then you better have a good data plan or a gym with a fast wireless network.

Daily Burn Nutrition

Daily Burn’s primary goal is to provide you with high-quality training videos. However, each program is also accompanied with nutritional advice that caters specifically to your needs within the program.

All programs come with daily recipe examples and sample meal plans. By following these food guides in conjunction with the exercise training program, you can fuel your fitness goals even further.

Ultimately, Daily Burn is a popular online fitness video streaming service that has over 7 years of experience providing clients with high-quality fitness advice and nutritional information. The only major downside to Daily Burn is that you’ll need the internet to access it – which can be a problem (or a data headache) if you’re not working out at home on your fast internet connection. If that’s not an issue for you, and you enjoy following at-home workouts, then Daily Burn is certainly cheaper than a personal trainer.
