Derma ProMedics – Anti-Wrinkle Skin Care Cream

Derma ProMedics Review

Derma ProMedics claims to be an advanced anti-wrinkle skin cream that provides better results than Botox. Here’s our review of Derma ProMedics.

What is Derma ProMedics?

Derma ProMedics is an anti-aging skin care product that comes in a small vial. The cream is applied topically to your skin and claims to contain effective ingredients that soak through your skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

The manufacturer also makes bold claims about Derma ProMedics being “better than Botox” because it provides an injection-free solution for younger looking skin – at least, that’s the bold claim made by the manufacturer.

But does Derma ProMedics actually have any substance to back up its bold claims? Let’s find out.

How Does Derma ProMedics Work?

Derma ProMedics claims to diminish wrinkle density by 37%, reduce surface wrinkles by 44.9%, and reduce wrinkle volume by 18.5%.

To achieve these benefits, the cream boosts collagen production. Collagen is the chemical compound that gives the skin its firmness and plumpness. As the body ages, the skin’s natural production of collagen decreases, which is why the skin starts to visibly age as we get older.

The creators of Derma ProMedics claim that “a mix of skin moisturizing agents and vitamins” helps to boost collagen levels in the body. After you apply the cream, it stays smooth and flexible and doesn’t flake like other skin care products.

There’s one big problem with Derma ProMedics: the manufacturer never mentions what those skin moisturizing agents and vitamins are.

Instead, it simply expects that you believe these ingredients are included at perfect dosages and come from high-quality sources.

Worryingly, the manufacturer doesn’t claim that the ingredients are natural: so we can assume that Derma ProMedics has included some blend of synthetic moisturizing agents.

Most people feel uncomfortable putting a blend of unlisted chemical compounds created in a lab onto their skin. With Derma ProMedics, that’s exactly what you’re doing every time you apply this cream.

Typically, high-quality skin cream manufacturers list their ingredients and are open and honest about their effectiveness. With Derma ProMedics, that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Derma ProMedics Ingredients

The only ingredient we know is included within Derma ProMedics is Matrixyl 3000. Matrixyl 3000 is a branded and trademarked formula that primarily contains Palmitoyl Oligopeptide and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7. The formula is owned by a company named Sederma.

Outside of these ingredients, we have no idea what’s included with Derma ProMedics.

Derma ProMedics Pricing

If you weren’t already seeing red flags from the shady ingredients information listed above, then you’ll get them from the skin cream’s scam-like pricing policy.

Like many anti-aging skin creams, Derma ProMedics tries to lure you into a free trial scam. That scam works like this:

— You pay $4.95 for shipping and handling today and receive a full-sized jar of Derma ProMedics in the mail within 3 to 5 business days

— Within 14 calendar days of ordering your trial, your credit card will be charged the full price for that skin cream (the $4.95 charge simply covered shipping and handling).

— The full price for Derma ProMedics is $129 USD

— If you want to avoid this charge, then you’ll need to contact the company within 14 days and return your product within those 14 days. Since you already waited 3 to 5 business days to receive your product, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to return your product in time. This system is purposely set up to make the company money while harming the customer.

— Your credit card will continue to be charged $129 every 30 days thereafter

— If you want to cancel your autoship program, then you’ll need to go through the hassle of calling the company’s customer service hotline at 1 (855) 412-1064.

— Oddly enough, the company’s autoship program also automatically signs you up for 4 magazine subscriptions of your choice. You’ll need to cancel these subscriptions separately – which is more unnecessary hassle that you probably wanted to avoid in the first place.

— All of this information is hidden in light-colored text at the bottom of the Derma ProMedics ordering form. The manufacturer has taken very obvious steps to hide this information from honest customers.

Ultimately, Derma ProMedics is yet another anti-aging skin cream scam. The cream is priced at a ludicrously high rate ($129 USD) and provides no evidence to back up its benefits. The cream has never gone through any type of clinical testing – which are all good reasons to not pay $129 for the cream.

Who Makes Derma ProMedics?

Derma ProMedics never lists its manufacturing conditions or its manufacturer – which is always suspicious.

Instead, the company simply lists its mailing address, phone number, and email address at the official website. Here’s the address:

8950 West Olympic Blvd
#557 Beverly Hills CA 90211

You can also contact the company by phone at (855) 412-1064 or by email at customerservice@dermapromedics.com

Ultimately, Derma ProMedics is one of the most expensive anti-aging skin creams we’ve ever seen ($129 USD for a small 1.7 ounce vial). It also provides no evidence of its effectiveness. It has unlisted ingredients and unlisted manufacturing conditions – which means that it could actually be dangerous to people with allergies. For all of these reasons, Derma ProMedics is one skin cream you should probably avoid.
