SeroVital HGH Review
SeroVital HGH is a new human growth hormone (HGH) supplement that promises to help you turn back the clock on aging. Here’s our SeroVital HGH review.
What is SeroVital HGH?
SeroVital HGH is an “anti-aging breakthrough” that promises to boost levels of human growth hormone (HGH) in your body by targeting the natural processes that make HGH.
Human growth hormone is a powerful natural substance produced by your body on its own. It controls some of your body’s most essential processes, including lean muscle mass creation, mood, sex drive, and more.
Here’s the thing with HGH: our body’s production naturally decreases as we get older. This is one reason why the effects of aging start to look noticeable on our bodies the more we age.
What is HGH?
HGH, or human growth hormone, is a single chain peptide hormone manufactured by your pituitary gland. That hormone travels throughout the body and affects multiple types of organs.
It passes into your fat cells, for example, and can actually cause those cells to shrink – among other beneficial effects throughout the body. After causing fat cells to shrink, for example, it signals your body to start producing lean muscle mass.
HGH is prized in the athletic community for its ability to quickly repair the body following injuries.
It’s also popular in the anti-aging community for its ability to tighten, firm, and smooth the skin.
HGH therapy, however, can cost around $800 to $1500 per month. Injecting synthetic HGH into your body is also a controversial practice: some doctors believe that injecting HGH into your body will upset your body’s natural production of HGH – similar to the reason why testosterone supplements can cause you to actually lower testosterone levels in the long run (after your cycle is complete).
How Does SeroVital HGH Claim to Work?
SeroVital HGH claims to work by replenishing your body’s HGH levels in a safe, natural, and affordable way. That may sound too good to be true, so let’s look at how SeroVital HGH works.
Basically, SeroVital uses amino acids to give your pituitary gland the fuel it needs to produce more HGH.
The effectiveness of these amino acids has been reinforced in several clinical studies.
SeroVital HGH references a study where SeroVital was able to raise blood HGH levels by a whopping 682%. That research was presented by “a group of some of the most highly respected scientists in the world” who presented their research at “their 30th Annual Scientific Meeting in San Antonio, Texas”.
A “scientific meeting” sounds like an extremely made-up gathering. But it’s true: the Obesity Society meets annually in an event called the Scientific Meeting, held regularly in San Antonio, Texas.
You can read about some of the science behind SeroVital HGH here: http://ift.tt/1MlOgMI
In any case, these researchers were able to significantly increase HGH levels using the power of an amino acid blend – the same amino acid blend found in SeroVital HGH.
That result sounds significant – until you realize it occurred in a study where only 8 people took SeroVital HGH (as you’ll learn below).
Despite the small-scale of this study, the creators of SeroVital HGH prominently advertise the “682%” figure all across their product packaging.
Scientific Evidence for SeroVital HGH
SeroVital HGH has a page of its site devoted to scientific evidence for the supplement.
That page cites 14 different scientific studies that have taken place between 1969 and 2009. These studies, in general, involved the amino acids used in SeroVital HGH.
The page itself, however, only discusses the findings of a single study – which is the same 16 person clinical study mentioned above where participants increased HGH levels by 682%. Here’s how that study worked:
— The study involved 16 participants. Their serum GH levels were measured at baseline and then once more at 15, 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute intervals after taking “a single low dose proprietary amino acid supplement blend” (SeroVital) or a placebo. After 120 minutes, GH levels had increased 8-fold from the baseline for the SeroVital group. Researchers concluded that the amino acid blend led to a short-term boost of HGH levels, but the long-term results were unknown.
— The study involved 12 males and 4 females.
— The SeroVital used in the study was a 2.9g/dose blend of l-lysine HCl, l-arginine HCl, oxo-proline, N-acetyl-l-cysteine, l-glutamine, and schizonepeta (aerial parts) powder.
— Ultimately, this is the only study explained by the creators of SeroVital. It involved 16 participants, and only 8 of those participants took SeroVital. Yes, those participants experienced an eightfold increase in GH levels, although it would have been nice to see a wider sample size.
— Another problem with the study is that it didn’t indicate any long-term benefits to SeroVital. Researchers observed that the supplement raised HGH levels after 120 minutes, but participant HGH levels were not measured beyond that timeframe.
The SeroVital you can buy today contains the same 2.9/dose blend used in the study above. Each “dose” is 4 capsules, and there are 120 capsules in each container. You take 4 capsules per day by mouth on an empty stomach.
SeroVital Ingredients
SeroVital’s ingredients list looks like this:
As you can see, that’s the same dosage used in the study linked above. SeroVital contains a blend of mostly amino acids.
How to Use SeroVital HGH
To take the recommended dose of SeroVital HGH, you’ll need to take 4 capsules per day. Those 4 capsules should be taken by mouth on an empty stomach, either in the morning two hours before breakfast or two hours after dinner prior to bedtime. You should not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period.
The supplement is not for use by anyone under the age of 18. It’s also recommended that you talk to your doctor before taking SeroVital HGH if you’re nursing or pregnant.

Ultimately, SeroVital makes bold claims about its results and prominently advertises that it once led to an average rise of 682% HGH levels in the human body. Unfortunately, that study was on an extremely small scale (16 people) and no other clinical studies are mentioned. The supplement is also priced at a relatively high price considering that it mostly contains amino acids. Nevertheless, if you’re looking for a safe and natural way to raise HGH levels, then SeroVital may be a better option than injecting synthetic HGH directly into your body.

Weakly fasts stimulate the production of HGH. The human growth hormone is needed to burn fat and provide the body with energy, when it goes into starvation mode.

Having an intermittent fast can also be effective for boosting HGH level. Intermittent fasts are the ones that last solely for several hours per day. An intermittent fast can continue anywhere between 14 and 20 hours and it will boost HGH production. thorough hypergh14x review
Aside from having a healthy lifestyle, diet and nutrition, it is also important that you get regular exercise to keep up with good hgh production. informative performer5 site
