Addrena – Natural Adderall Alternative

Addrena Review

Addrena is a recently-released nootropic that promises to be an all-natural alternative to the prescription medication “Adderall”. Find out how Addrena works today in our review.

What is Addrena?

Addrena is a nootropic that claims to be the best natural alternative to Adderall when it comes to treating your ADHD symptoms. It’s officially classified as a nutritional supplement, although it makes a lot of promises that you typically see only from drugs.

Specifically, Addrena promises to use nootropic brain-boosting compounds that increase your mental energy, drive, and concentration. Most of those brain-boosting compounds are herbal ingredients or botanicals.

The manufacturer of Addrena claims that all of these ingredients are side-effect free, non-addictive, and safer for long-term use than the ingredients in pharmaceuticals like Adderall.

Ultimately, this is why Addrena advertises itself as the best natural OTC alternative supplement for treating Adderall.

The supplement was previously marketed under the name Adderllin.

How Does Addrena Work?

Addrena makes a lot of bold claims about its ingredients and its methods of action.

First, it claims that the ingredients have been specifically picked to give you long-lasting energy, boost your concentration, and help you stay alert for extended periods of time.

Oddly enough, Addrena also claims to give you the added benefit of body fat reduction.

The various stimulants in Addrena act as appetite suppressants and thermogenics, which means they encourage you to eat less while also promoting your body’s natural fat burning cycles to kick into action.

Basically, the promises made by Addrena are all over the place: the manufacturer claims to offer a wide range of effects while also promising to be free of side effects.

The problem with stimulants is that they’re rarely side effect free. There are few powerful stimulants that come without side effects. So where does the energy-boosting power of Addrena come from? This is where the ingredients in Addrena get a little suspicious.

Addrena Ingredients

Addrena contains a few well-known nootropic ingredients along with some interesting herbals and botanicals. Key ingredients include:

— Choline
— Acetyl-L-Tyrosine
Bacopa Monnieri
— Caffeine
DMAE
Piperine
Huperzine
— Guarana
Vinpocetine
— Bitter Orange (Synephrine)
— Yohimbe Bark Extract (Yohimbine HCL)
— White Willow Bark

Mixing all of these stimulants together in high dosages can be dangerous for your heart – especially if you’re taking Addrena every day. If you’re a caffeine sensitive individual, then Addrena might be particularly problematic.

Perhaps the biggest problem with Addrena is that we don’t know the dosages of any of the above ingredients.

That means we don’t know whether there’s 200mg of caffeine in Addrena (more than the average energy drink) or 50mg of caffeine in the supplement (half a cup of coffee). If you’re sensitive to caffeine and other stimulants, then you really have no choice but to steer clear of Addrena.

Guarana is another stimulant commonly found in energy drinks. It’s popular for its use as an herbal stimulant and has been known to boost concentration and focus. Guarana actually contains more caffeine along with additional stimulants like theophylline and theobromine.

Meanwhile, ingredients like bitter orange and yohimbe bark extract have been added to the supplement because they act as herbal stimulants.

On the sales page for Addrena, the manufacturer admits that stacking all of these herbal stimulants together can cause drug-like effects on your brain:

“By stacking together multiple herbal stimulants the total stimulant effect can have “drug like” effects.”

Addrena for Weight Loss

Addrena claims to be more than just a cognitive enhancing pill: it also claims to be an excellent body fat reduction supplement.

Addrena’s weight loss benefits are linked to all of the stimulants inside the supplement. These stimulants affect your weight loss in three ways: they boost heat production in your body, increase your metabolism, and suppress your appetite.

Together, these effects encourage you to eat less food while also signaling your body to burn fat and store less fat from the food you eat.

Addrena’s manufacturer specifically mentions that Synephrine and yohimbine are two popular weight loss compounds.

The creators of Addrena never provide any scientific evidence for the nootropic effects or fat burning properties of the supplement. It doesn’t appear that Addrena has undergone any type of clinical testing to verify that its formula works as promised.

Addrena Pricing

Addrena is priced at $39.99 for a 60 capsule supply. Each capsule has 630mg of formula. The manufacturer recommends taking two pills per day.

However, if you’re just starting to take Addrena, the manufacturer claims that it can be effective when taking just ½ a capsule at a time.

You can purchase Addrena from the official website at Addrena.com. you’ll need to add $6.50 for shipping within the United States and $11.99 for international shipping.

You can also purchase Addrena “Focus Pep”, which appears to be an identical formula, from Amazon.com, where it’s also priced at $39.99. That price comes with free shipping.

Focus Pep’s ingredients list claims to contain 40mg of caffeine, 600mg of guarana, and 45mg of Bacopa extract, among other nootropic ingredients.

Who Makes Addrena?

Addrena is made by a company named Addrena, LLC. That company is headquartered at the following address:

suppress your appetite
2200 Kings Hwy 3-L Suite 159
Port Charlotte, Florida 33980

That company has previously done business under the name Adderllin, LLC.

In addition to selling Addrena, the company sells an acne supplement called Acnetame and a fat burning supplement called No-Stim.

I would feel a lot more comfortable recommending a product called Nowtropic. Go check out our review on their supplement.
