What is Noom Weight Loss Coach?

Noom Weight Loss Coach is a recently-released mobile app available for Android and iOS.

The app promises to help you lose weight by encouraging small changes to your lifestyle over time – like healthy habits that lead to a better diet and exercise routine.

One of the core features of the app is its online food catalog. You can enter your foods into that diary and get calorie information and track your daily and weekly food consumption – including your macro nutrient levels, calories, and more.

That expert also claims to use sophisticated analytics to uncover patterns in data. Basically, the expert will look at your weight loss results over time and use that information to make a better plan for your future.

Ultimately, Noom is a well-reviewed personal fitness app that tries to upsell you hard on the $40 per month coaching package or $10 per month personalized groups package. If you don’t need either of those options, however, then you’ll find that the free version of Noom provides ample value and performs a wide range of helpful roles – from tracking the foods you eat to monitoring your exercise habits.
