PIIT 28 Review – Should You Try It?
PIIT 28 is a workout program that stands for “Pilates, Intense, Interval, Training”. The program promises to get you in the best shape of your life in just 28 days. Here’s our review.
What is PIIT 28?
PIIT 28 is a workout program that promises to help you become stronger, leaner, and more confident in just 28 days. The program also claims to let you eat delicious meals while working out for just 30 minutes or less every day.
The name of the program is an acronym for Pilates, Intense, Interval Training, while the “28” refers to the 28 day length of the program.
The workout program was created by Cassey Ho and her team at Blogilates. By following the 28 day program, Cassey and her team claim you’ll melt fat, sculpt lean muscle, get a hard core, improve your posture, and build confidence.
PIIT 28 Version 1.0 just launched. It’s a complementary program to the popular Blogilates 28 Day Reset Program, where you reset your diet over a 28 day period.
You can also download the Blogilates app to get introduced to Casssey’s fitness program and dietary principles.
How Does the PIIT 28 Program Work?
The PIIT 28 program works by targeting the one reason most of us don’t work out: because “we don’t have time”. The second reason why we don’t work out is because most of us don’t love our workouts.
PIIT 28 promises to fix both of those problems by making sure you have time to sweat and by making sure you love “every second of it”.
In just 28 minutes and 40 seconds every day, you can get into the best shape of your life.
The workouts involve concepts from Cassey’s POP Pilates program. She mixes those concepts with the more intense cardio elements of high intensity interval training (HIIT). PIIT 28 is the end result.
As Cassey explains, modern exercise science has shown that hour-long workouts don’t always lead to more calorie burning. Instead, many people are able to burn more fat in less time with strategically-targeted 30 minute workouts.
Each workout in PIIT 28 consists of unique moves that are performed for only 45 seconds. By the time you’re at the end of the 45 second period, you’ll be hitting your maximal effort. Then, you’re ready to switch to a new workout while maximizing fat loss at every step of the way.
The workouts are just one part of the PIIT 28 program: the other part is that you’re surrounded by a community of people who want to lose weight just like you. This community is described by Cassey as “the most vibrant, hard-working, and supportive group of friends you’ve ever had.”

The Blogilates 28 Day Reset
The PIIT 28 is a fitness training program with limited dietary advice. If, however, you’re interested in cleaning up your diet, then Cassey recommends following the Blogilates 28 Day Reset, which promises to help you eat healthier in 28 days.
Sample foods you’ll be eating on the PIIT 28 diet include zucchini fritters, veggie chicken pizza, and double pear puffs.
Your PIIT 28 diet starts with a 28 day omission challenge where you’ll take out any dairy, added sugars, gluten, and processed grains from your diet “in order to discover any food sensitivities you may be unaware of.”
During this omission challenge, you may find that certain foods give you acne, or others make you uncomfortably bloated and lethargic. The goal is to identify unhealthy trends and remove habits from your life that don’t improve your health.
After the 28 day omission challenge is over, Cassey claims you’ll feel lighter and tighter all over. Your body will be free of toxins and your body fat percentage may drop.
Once the 28 days are over, Cassey will explain how to safely add back foods into your diet that are optimal for your body’s health:
“You will learn how to be your own best nutritionist, as you are the expert of your body”, explains Cassey.
The program includes a 28 Day Reset Nutrition Guide eBook, a 4 week meal plan and grocery list, 150+ breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack recipes, and recipe substitution information (including vegetarian-friendly options).
The Blogilates 28 Day Reset and PIIT 28 program are designed to be taken together, and you save money when ordering both at the same time. However, there’s nothing wrong with only following the PIIT 28 program.
PIIT 28 Pricing
PIIT 28 varies depending on whether you bundled the program with the 28 Day Reset. Here’s how pricing works out:
