Efectiv Nutrition’s PMP – Quality Pre-Workout Pump Activator?

To those of us that make a hobby of fitness, our results are one of the biggest pay offs we can experience.

Nothing equals the feeling we get when we notice the changes in our body that are the effects of the work we have put in in the gym, and out of it.

So much goes into crafting that great-looking physique. All of the reps, painful cardio, calories limiting days, and supplement use are just a few of the things us fitness-buffs have to make sure are on point so we can keep seeing results.

One of the major influences on the quality of results that can be attained is supplement use. Like them or love them, they are necessary.

The most difficult part about using these little helpers is the fact that it’s difficult to discern whether or not any given supplement is one of quality.

All of the companies that make them claim to have the best supplements on the market. But we know they can’t all be right. Someone has to at least be the second best, right?

Because of the level of confusion these companies foster, they only way to really know the truth is to know what specifically to look for.

There’s a couple of tell-tale signs that can reveal whether or not a supplement is quality. In this review, we’ll take a look at one of these companies and determine whether or not they are worth purchasing.

About Efectiv

Efectiv is a sports nutrition company that offers familiar claims that are echoed by every other supplement company on the planet.

The first step when attempting to discern whether a supplement is of quality is to see exactly what the company is about and what they stand for.

If they offer rich and vivid details, it’s likely that you’re on to something. In the case of Efectiv, those rich details are missing.

Instead, this company takes the vague and nebulous approach when it comes to describing there mission.

They claim to offer the best formulas at a better value. What would have made this more compelling is if they actually shared why their formulas are better than your typical supplement.

Offering supplements at a lower price is great, but what’s most important is whether or not they work. So far, Efectiv hasn’t made an effectively good first impression.

But let’s keep going.

One impressive thing about this company is there site design. They seem to have a rather large community of people who are regular users of their products.

This is shown by a collage of pictures at the bottom of the site. This point is brought to the forefront because social proof is also important to consider when assessing supplements. If a lot of people swear by it, it shouldn’t be ignored.

Another interesting thing this company does is showcase a team of fitness professionals on their website. These bios of fitness professionals comes along with a stack of different products that they personally use.

Efectiv must win another point for this since it’s something that a lot of supplement websites don’t offer. Innovation is always a good sign.

But enough about the surface layer of the company, let’s get to the meat and potatoes.

Are Products Like Efectiv Nutrition’s PMP Effective?

With a name like Efectiv, one can only assume that the products this company offers will be of good use to them.

So far, the only sign of this is the massive community that Efectiv has built. It’s a good sign, yes, but it alone does not mean these supplements are worth anything.

Upon first impression of their product page, the site design is rather impressive.

All of the products are grouped in categories according to the goal of the customer. This makes the process of purchasing supplements so much easier, especially for neophytes.

Among the goals to choose from are:

  • Build Muscle
  • Build Muscle and Burn Fat
  • Gain Weight
  • Improve Fitness
  • Increase Strength
  • Sports Recovery
  • Stay Healthy
  • Trim and Tone Up
  • Boost Energy

We don’t have time to go over every product this company offers. Instead, one has been chosen to represent the many.

Efectiv Nutrition PMP is a pre-workout and pump activator.

It’s supposed to be able to boost performance, support healthy muscle, and protect cells from oxidative stress.

Efectiv Nutrition PMP contains the ingredients ViNitrox, glycerol, citrulline, and creatine monohydrate. It contains more ingredients than these, but the label “proprietary formula” is used.

That is unfortunate since ultimate transparency is something that is respected among supplement companies.

Instead of being super transparent, Efectiv opted for social proof, using another fitness celebrity to cosign PMP.

That is ok, but being a little more transparent would have went much further with consumers, especially those that know what to look for regarding supplements.

At this rate, the only thing left for consumers to do is do research on the ingredients that were listed to determine whether or not they are sound.

It seems the first impression and the last impression of this company weren’t all that great, but it doesn’t mean Efectiv doesn’t have a lot to offer consumers.

Efectiv Nutrition’s PMP Review Summary

Efectiv Sports Nutrition has a beautifully designed website that is easy to navigate.

Unfortunately, this says nothing about the quality of their products. Yes they share some of their key ingredients and they have a lot of fitness celebrities that swear by them, but that’s not enough to be considered the best.

The saving grace of this company is the large following they have gathered. Of course, if their supplements didn’t work, word would spread. But this hasn’t happened.

Combine that with the fact that these supplements are cheaper than a lot of alternatives, and you have a strong contender on your hands.

Is Efectiv effective? Ultimately, yes. It’s the perfect company for those that want decent supplements but don’t want to break the bank.  For another preworkout option, check out Efectiv Nutrition’s PWO PreWorkout.
